Hi Mom and Dad, apologies for slacking on this blog! Here are a few pictures of me around Istanbul in the unfortunately rainy weather: First, some pictures of the Armada Hotel, so that you know I'm in good hands.

The mosaics and the scrollwork are gorgeous ! Too bad about the umbrellas, but the rain keeps everything green... The hotel looks very nice, and provides a healthy breakfast too! Thanks.
